IMPORTANT: No removal or dismantling of exhibit materials will be permitted before 4:00 p.m. on closing day. Exhibitors must adhere to show hours as advertised. Following show closing at 4:00 p.m. and after visitors have been cleared from the building, exhibitors will have access to their empty containers.
Exhibitors are reminded that all materials, equipment, exhibits and displays must be completely removed from The International Centre by 11:00 pm on October 18, 2017. Any articles not removed at this time will be removed by Stronco at the exhibitor’s own expense. Show Management and Stronco will not be responsible or liable, for any loss or damage to articles removed after the deadline.

MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT HANDLING
ELECTRICAL/SIGN & BANNER HANGING SERVICE
Show Management does not supply electrical outlets. All electrical outlets and sign & banner hanging should be ordered from Showtech Power & Lighting, the Official Electrical Contractor. Please use the Showtech Power & Lighting online order form.
Electrical Safety Code Requirements
The Electrical Safety Code, Ontario Regulation 183184 requires that all electrical equipment must be approved before it may lawfully be advertised, or displayed, offered for sale, sold, or otherwise disposed of or used in the Province of Ontario. It is the responsibility of each Exhibitor to ensure that all electrical equipment in, on, or about their booth complies with the above regulation. This includes electrical merchandise as well as lighting and display equipment.
Please ensure that all materials entering the facilities are flame retardant. All fire and emergency equipment located in the building cannot be obstructed in any way. Also all fire exits must have open space in case of an emergency. These regulations are enforced by the Fire Department.
Show Management does not provide booth identification signs. See attached Stronco Order Form, if required. All exhibits must have a sign prominently posted in their display and of the same name as their membership application.
